We have a 14 day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us and send us a video as soon as possible so that we can fix the problem for you.

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If so, you will automatically receive a refund using your original method of payment. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Costs for return shipping will not be covered.
